I train Monday to Friday, five days straight with the weekends off for recovery and relaxing with the family. It was a toss up between the new neurocore and this nanostim, but I decided to give nanostim a shot first. Monday I took the 2 capsules serving roughly 30 minutes before my workout with a glass of water. About 15 minutes later, while I was driving to the gym I got a good sense of energy and alertness – just a really fresh and good feeling. Starting my workout with this focus was pretty cool, and in a sense quite similar to other products such as superpump and 1mr. Workout (leg day) went great and I did notice my quads really filled up with blood and I got a good overall workout. Second day I decided to try the full dose at 4 capsules and wow, really a big difference! That day I trained chest and after the first exercise I was pumped like crazy, and not just the chest but also the arms and shoulders. I go through the workout with a ton of energy – I actually did a few more exercises than usual as the pump was awesome and my endurance was not giving out. Not sure if you guys out there have experience a really good chest pump but it feels awesome, it gets to the point where you can’t even flex it it’s so tight. Anyways, I’ve been staying with 4 capsules prior to each workout and will stick with that. I will also mention that the energy spike does last throughout the day, so I would not suggest taking it in the late afternoon or evening. I did that on Thursday and had a hard time falling asleep. But everyone is different so I suppose if stim don’t affect you then you might be alright for evening training with this.
